📄 MASTER LICENSE RIGHTS (MLR) AGREEMENT

Effective Date: Date of Purchase / Asset Transfer
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, CfCbazar ("Grantor") hereby grants to the purchaser ("Licensee") a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable Master License Right to the accompanying digital content, e-guides, templates, and associated documentation ("Licensed Work").
2. AUTHORIZED RIGHTS (WHAT YOU CAN DO)
• Edit & Modify: Alter, adapt, summarize, translate, re-format, or create derivative works.
• Rebrand & Rename: Remove original branding, add personal or corporate branding, claim authorship.
• Resell & Commercialize: Offer for sale across any store, marketplace, or platform at any price point.
• Redistribute Rights: Grant Personal Use, RR, MRR, or PLR to downstream buyers.
• Bundle & Package: Incorporate into digital bundles, membership sites, courses, or bonus packages.
3. EXCLUSION OF SOFTWARE COMPONENTS
Any standalone executable software or source code remains governed by its respective open-source license. Rebranding rights apply strictly to educational text, layout, graphic design, and document templates.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & NO WARRANTY
The Licensed Work is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Grantor shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from use, modification, or resale by the Licensee or any third party.
5. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF TERMS
By downloading, editing, or reselling the Licensed Work, the Licensee acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Master License Agreement.
